Payment/Address policy/Tax:  We accept PayPal only.  Credit cards are accepted only through PayPal.  We only ship in U.S and its territory.  We DO NOT ship to Canada and all foreign countries.  We only ship to PayPal address. We will not ship to alternate addresses requested via email. We are not responsible for misdirected shipment due to the invalid and outdated address you provided at payment.  We are not responsible to timely correct your outdated address after we receive your payment due to our quick shipping.  You are responsible to provide us a valid address at your checkout.  Items shipped within California require sales tax.

Shipping and Handling fees and method:  We ship via USPS first class within 24hrs of payment acceptance Monday through Friday.  S/H for the first item is $6.99.  S/H for additional item shipped in the same package is $5.99 each.  Insurance is optional at $.50 per item. Average delivery takes only 3 business day from the day of shipment. No pickup allowed.  Shipping & Handling fees and method are non-negotiable.  S/H fees includes not only postage but also labor, packaging material, testing, repackaging in anti-static individual pack from factory bulk-pack and various other costs.  If the S/H fees should become the reason of your buyer-remorse that results in Neutral or Negative feedback later, please DO NOT BID. 

Return Policy:  Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed.  We will gladly refund for any reason within 30 days from clickout purchase date.  However, physically damaged items and burnt items are not returnable and not covered by warranty.  You are responsible for returning postage and insurance.  Shipping and handling fees is not refundable for any reason.  We do not charge restocking fees on returned items like most other Ebay sellers do. We'll replace defective item and warranty-claimed item at no additional charge.  Exchange for different item requires additional payment. You may return the item with a copy of packing list/Invoice.  No need to notify us in advance via email.  No authorization for return is required. Your returns will be processed within 7 business days.  All returns must be properly packaged and in "original condition".  Our auction page is most copied on Ebay but our Satisfaction guaranteed policy is never duplicated.

Feedback/Emails/Unwelcomed buying policy:  Our commitment to full customer satisfaction goes beyond shipping a promised product.  If there is an issue, email to us and give us 24 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays) to respond before leaving a feedback.  We'll resolve the issue and make it right.  If you do not receive a response within 24hrs, you must send us email from alternate email address and provide us alternate email address.  Our auo-response instantly respond to your registered email. Be sure to read the FAQ in auto-response. Our personal response follows within 24 hrs.
