A. This commitment price is valid for the lifetime of your package
Q. What type of sites can I host?
A. We host just about any personal or business site. The following sites are excluded from this offer. IRC sites, hate, warez, ilegal content, software trading, download libraries, chat room programs, or spam related products are forbidden and sites containing banned materials are subject to immediate termination without refund. Legal Adult sites are allowed.
Q. How reliable is your service & support?
A. We have been in business for over 4 years. We would not be able to stay in business if we were not satisfying our resellers. Our servers are never oversold.
Q. Is Shell/SSH access available?
A. No. SSH Access is not avaliable for resellers. However, we offer some very competitive VPS pricing that provides you with Root Shell Access. Contact our sales department for more information.
Q. Does the reseller account include FFMPeg?
A. FFMPeg is not installed by default, but CAN be installed by request. We'd be happy to install FFMPeg for any of our resellers.
Q. If one of my customers violates your policy, will you suspend the reseller hosting account and all hosting accounts?
A. Absolutely Not! Unless you are a repetitive offender, reseller accounts are not suspended. We understand you have no control over your client's actions.
