We guarantee that all parts included in a server, storageworks, desktop, or an advertised hard drive, memory kit or stick, tape drive, RAID card, etc. is Hp branded. We also put the part # in every auction so you can guarantee and research what you are buying. Moreover, we will always list the condition of each product. We do not say Never Been Used, when it is a HP refurbished part. We call it what it is because we’re proud to offer it and the value of it. If it is an open box, we will list the remaining warranty if available.
