All cd's are new, unopened, and individually shrinkwraped or sealed in nice colorful retail flatpack. This is a retail closeout of unsold store inventory . This product is not pre-owned, returns or defective. Some may have pre priced tags on the items. The software includes a wide variety of titles ranging from business, childrens, clipart, desktop publishing, developer tools, internet related, reference, utilities and games.
