In the event that an item is DOA (Defective On Arrival) it must be returned within 7 days of recieving it. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will refund the original purchase price and the original shipping charges (based on per unit when sold in a lot). If the item is not found to be defective or has been tampered with you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be made in the original packaging.
