This laptop was purchased around August of 2007, has been used for about 14 months. Has minor-med scratches on the aluminum. The screen is perfect with no scrathes. The battery is just over half life. This auction includes a copy of Leopard Mac OS X 10.5 which has been pre-installed on the unit. There is a minor warp in the aluminum where the CD/DVD disc drive is. Shown in the pictures, it does not effect the CD's or DVD's from being inserted or ejected.
