- We ship every day Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped out the following Monday (INCLUDING Express Mail!!!).
- We ship worldwide. We use USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation or USPS Express Mail. We can ship FedEx or UPS- please, e-mail us your zip code and city for the rate.

INSURANCE: |

- We highly recommend insuring your packages, especially international ones. We are sorry, but we do NOT take any responsibility for lost or damaged items and will NOT return your payment if the package was not insured.
- If you insured your package and it was damaged or lost we will be happy to help you file an insurance claim, but will NOT return your payment. After your claim gets processed you will be refunded by USPS.

- Please, be aware, that there may be a small customs fee that you will have to pay in your country. We do not know how much it will be and do not take any responsibility of it.

RETURN POLICY: |
|
- All returns have to be authorized by the seller. In order to get your return authorized, please, e-mail the seller (support@scelectronic.com) and provide your name, user ID and details of the transaction as well as the reason for the return (detailed). The seller will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- The RMA# has to be clearly written on the INVOICE buyer received with the order (required).
- All Items are sold with a 30 day seller warranty for DEFECTIVE items. Note: Items that are defective will be replaced, or purchase price refunded not including shipping charges, based on seller evaluation. Buyer pays for the return shipping cost.
- NON-DEFECTIVE items have to be returned in unopened boxes within 10 days from receiving a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The buyer will receive a partial refund (minus shipping cost and minus 15% restock fee) and has to cover return shipping cost.
- SOFTWARE can be returned only in unopened box. No opened boxes will be accepted for a refund.
