call HP, provide your care pack number, and they will send you a box.
Put your broken laptop in it, ship it back, and within a few days you
will receive an equal or superior machine in the mail.
This warranty extension also
provides you with all the standard warranty protections included in HP's
Pick-Up & Return services: which include coverage of parts and labor,
remote problem diagnosis & telephone support, pick-up of your failed
HP-branded hardware unit, repair at an HP-designated repair center, and
return of the operational unit to you |

fulfilled by HP and are only valid for computers you purchase from
us. We are unable to provide care
packs without linking them to an actual model and serial number

Please note that care packs and warranties
are NOT REFUNDABLE. Once a care pack has been associated to a computer's
serial number it will stay with it for the remainder of the warranty
period.

For your protection and ours we only accept Paypal and other approved
methods. If you pay with PayPal we can only ship to PayPal confirmed
addresses, so please bid accordingly. Exceptions can be made in very few
occasions. Please contact us if you believe one is warranted.
